Liver Health
The liver is the largest organ in the body, and it performs over 500 functions which include digestion of protein, mineral storage, bile production and the filtering of our blood. The liver is about the weight of a soccer ball and is found in the upper right abdomen below the diaphragm. Our livers perform many functions that are essential for good health and longevity and there are many steps we can take to keep our livers functioning optimally that also reduce the risk for liver disease.
Common symptoms of poor liver health may include:

- Swelling in the legs and ankles
- Fatigue
- Itchy skin
- Dark urine
